Meet the Founders of FORM Total Body Wellness
Brian, Andrew & Kyle
FORM Total Body Wellness was founded by three friends turned business partners, Brian, Andrew, and Kyle with one common goal: to create a space where people could take charge of their health, feel better in their bodies, and access real, science-backed solutions close to home.
As a team, they saw a growing need in their community for a wellness center that does more than scratch the surface. Too many people (men and women alike) were struggling with low energy, stubborn weight, hormone imbalances, pain, and performance issues with nowhere local to turn.
That’s when the vision for FORM was born.
Together, Brian, Andrew, and Kyle combined their unique experiences in health, fitness, and business to build something different. A place that offers modern services like TRT, peptides, laser lipo, pelvic floor therapy, ED treatments, and weight loss support, but in a warm, professional, and judgment-free environment.
As Brighton locals, they take pride in serving the very community they live in, helping friends, neighbors, and families feel their best every day.
They work as a true team, bringing their strengths together to make sure every client feels educated, supported, and empowered by their entire team.
